Can I buy Online and pick up at store?
Buy Online, Pick Up at Store orders are available at Prado Norte and La Noria stores.
What payments options do I have?
We accept cash at our stores. For guests shopping online, we now debit card, credit card and Paypal.
I´m looking to edit the adress on my order
You’ve got options—pay online by debit card, credit card, PayPal. Up to 5 gift cards can be used at a time or combined with any of the above payment methods, except PayPal.
What payments options do I have?
Once an order is placed, we're unable to edit or make changes. We can, however, attempt to update the address through our delivery partners. Keep in mind, this process is never a guarantee as it depends on the status of the shipment.
How do I return my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns, only exchanges for another product or in store credit. Exchanges are free and can be made in person or by mail which the user needs to cover the expenses, within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that exchanges made in store are required to bring a copy of your receipt.
Can I get refund?
No, you can only exchange it for another product or get credit in store.
