Refund Policy

We do not have direct refunds, if an exchange is required, all shipping costs necessary to make the exchange must be paid.

If at that time you do not wish to exchange it for another item, a voucher will be given that will correspond to the amount for the returned items, which can only be used in Luma, which will only be valid for 2 months.

In order to make the change, you must have the following points:

  • Report the change within the first 8 days after receiving the package.
  • The items to be exchanged must be in perfect condition.

If you do not comply with the previous points, the change cannot be made.

As on our online page, we do not have direct refunds, the exchange will have to be made directly in our store. In order to make the change, it must be within the first 20 days after making the purchase.

If you do not want another item at that time, a voucher corresponding to the quantity of the refund items will be given.

This will not have an expiration date.
